Many thanks to dandy/kriti for such a great idea. Double tap beneath the menu pane to pull up music. Press on an app icon to pull up more info; slide over the app name that appears to launch.
This is based of 7MUI/mui_(804345.3) and Go Locker's Metro theme. The picture below left is the mui_(804345.3) theme created by mui.sr.wtr. Thanks very much to xda's ohshootrawr for his English translation found here. It's a great lockscreen, but a neutral theme adaptation seemed called for. The picture below right is the Metro theme for GoLocker: a stunning theme for an extremely buggy application that doesn't allow the user to customize the wallpaper (I sincerely hope that changes with updates).

Tested and working in MiLocker. You will need 9s Weather, free on the market. To display album art and song title, MIUI music is needed - I successfully did this by installing this version and pushing to system apps in root explorer. Controls will work on other music apps, but won't display song info or album cover (MIUI limitation).

This lockscreen is now available in HDPI white, HDPI black, qHD white, qHD black, MDPI white, and MDPI black.
