This is the line to get on the ferry from River Street, Savannah, Ga., back across the Savannah River to the South Carolina side - St. Patrick's Day, 2012. I read in the paper the next morning that people waited four hours on average - the same paper had claimed a few days prior that the ferry would be a very convenient way for people to get to and from the St. Pat festivities.
